We recently applied support packages and have since noticed that workflow email notifications have PDF attachments (with the workflow message) rather than just text. Our users do not want to have to click on the PDF attachment to read the workflow message.
I checked transaction SCOT and PDF is not set as the format in the node.
Can anyone think of what could be causing this and what we can do to resolve? I could not find another posting related to my issue. This did not start happening until after support packs were applied. Thanks
