client export error

hi gurus

as we are performing client copy with export/import

we are facing problem in initial stage only as mentioned below in various table

Table "AT01" error in DDIC - Check table with SE14

Table "ATAB" error in DDIC - Check table with SE14

when we checked those table in se14 it showed inconsistency in table

we tried to activate it then also we faced same problem.

if anybody has solution please share with me
