Hi community,

where do I find a detailed documentation what the standard iFlows in SAP HCI (SAP Cloud Plattform Integration) are doing?

Especially, I'm interested in the integration iflows between C4C and ERP.

Best regards,

Deborah

Hi Praveen,

I don't think the help documentation explains any of the specific i-flows.

But the API Business Hub might provide enough information already as you can see a lot of technical details there.

Deborah Albrecht You might want to start with the API Business Hub and the C4C to ERP integration there:
https://api.sap.com/shell/discover/contentpackage/SAPHybrisCloudforCustomerIntegrationwithSAPERP?section=ARTIFACTS

This is exactly the screenshot Praveen provided already.

Then drill into a specific iflow such as the opportunity follow up document:

There, select the "Mapping" box and click on the resources link on the bottom and you get to this:

Here, you can see a pretty good mapping of all the fields between C4C and ERP.

While it's not described in a textual way, this mapping might help you already to understand what each iflow does.

Hi Christian Happel,

thanks for your response! So as documentation there is just the mapping of the C4C and ERP fields in the i-flows? A textual description does not exists anywhere in order to have a quick overview of what the i-flow is doing?

What I mean is that you can read, for example, in the documentation that the i-flow "Create Ticket Follow Up Document in SAP Business Suite" does not replicate data in the service order in the ERP but creates a debit memo request

Best regards and sincere thanks for the support,

Deborah

I don't know for sure if there is or isn't a textual description.
I'm not an expert for C4C, but was just trying to help and that was the only thing I found.

hi Deborah,

If you click on the Documents tab on the same package of I-flow you would get the document as well.

Further if you would google with the text mentioned in the Documents section eg: "SAP Cloud Platform Integration Guide for SAP Hybris Service Engagement Center and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" it will re-direct you with the standard document-guide.

Hope this helps !

regards,

Praveen T

Hi Praveen,

thanks for your response. But as Christian says this documentation is unfortunaly very general and does not mention the single functions of the single iFlows.

Regards,

Deborah

Hi Deborah,

Have you tried the second option.

Further if you would google with the text mentioned in the Documents section eg: "SAP Cloud Platform Integration Guide for SAP Hybris Service Engagement Center and SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer" it will re-direct you with the standard document-guide

this gives you the complete guide.

Hope this helps!

thanks and regards,

Praveen T
