can i see what PR's i have sent for approvals? not what I have created but what have been sent for approvals?

Dear,

If you want to see how many purchase requisition is released for 1st approval or 2nd approval you can see it with ME5A t-code.

Enter ME5A t-code.

Click on dynamic selection button. Find the release indicator field enter value

" S - Release " - For release pr

" X- Blocked" - For nor release pr.

and click on save button and create new variant for your dealy use.

Go to ME5A

in the selection screen along with other selection criteria for the field "PReq. processing state" select 03 In release and execute.

Use report ME28

here in selection screen, enter "Release code", indicator "Set Release" and "Release prerequisite fulfilled" and execute the report

Also you can use ME5A

In selection screen, enter "PReq. processing state" as 03 (In Release) and execute
