    Hi Anthikar,

The only way to track such activities within KM (which is where I assume these documents are stored) is through the Activity Reporting Service. This is an easily configurable service - once enabled you can determine a collection of folders or repositories from which it will collect information. It can be configured to collect data on who performs any of the following operations on resources within these locations -

    • Read accesses
    • Document creation
    • Editing operations
    • Deletions
    • Renaming of documents
    • Copy operations
    • Move Operations

As well as recording who performs the above actions, a timestamp of when the action was performed and the name and type of resource on which the action was performed are also recorded. The data is written to a kmc_activity log file which can then be read by text editors and programs that can analyze tab-seperated lists to display and evaluate the collected data. You can find more information on this in the following SAP Help Documentation -

    Kind regards,

    Cathal
