Hi Gurus,
While sending PO via EMAIL in pdf, error faced.
the error is " Output device is locked by R/3"
wat could be the reason

the output device is locked by your basis administrators from being used.
This is often done in developement and test systems, to avoid that you really issue output that will be send to your business partners.
you can unlock the device in SPAD.
