Change in Perquisite Value on Company leased accomodation

Hi

Perquiste value on CLA needs to be changed to 15% of salary or CLA which ever is lower.

This needs to be changed with effect from 1st April 2008

The present rate is 15% of gross salary or CLA which ever is lower.Presently, in our system it is 20% of Gross salary of CLA which ever is less.

Please suggest how this will be done.
