Hi Ahmad,

Basically Inspection type 01 is used to inspect the Incoming material against PO. So that is always Stock relevant.

But any inspection lot that is created manually via QA01 will not stock relevant though it is for inspection type 01.

So you just run trx QA32.

Enter the the plant (if required) and inspection type 01. And Execute.

Now the lots with System System status "CRTD CHCR SPRQ" will be generated automatically from GR against PO,

But the lots not having the status SPRQ ststus in the System it will 100% created Manually.

this is regarding the lots without UD but lots with UD,

Automatic lots will have status SPCO

manual lot will not have SPCO status.

Shyamal

Important Edition

As per SAP STD the inspection type for manual inspection is 89, which is having separate number ranges but though we can create manual lots with regular inspection type.

And I have replied this solution considering the scenario is like I have Noted.

Hi Ahmad,

Use T-code QA09 to define number ranges for manually created inspection lot.

You can easily identify the manually created inspection lot.

Hi,

You can define separate inspection type for maual inspection lot that will be derivative of lot origin 01.

or

Make selection profile for that since there are some different status assigned to automatic inspection lot and manual inspection lots.
