Hello, I have added a colorred logo in a sapscript. The logo is made with paint.

When i print this logo with se78 or in the sapscript the white in that logo is a little grey.

Hi Fernsen,

It might appear that way in the print preview but when you take a print of it you cannot see the difference.

Thanks for your answer, but unfortunately it is as well in the printout as in the preview.

you can see the grey very clearly on a color printout as well in a B/W printout

addition:

only in the preview with se78 you don not see the grey. In the preview of the sapscript you do see the grey (the same as the real output)

If you printout the preview of se78 then you see also see the grey

I am not too sure but it might be that you have to reset your printer configurations because I faced a similar issue , but when I took a print of it I couldnt see the grey part.

i have tested it on several different printers. as well with sapdrivers as as locl. also if i make a pdf of it (without printer) or send it as email directly. Always is that grey in it.

I hope you remember your solution you had. I would be grateful.

The image you are using in your form in case if you have uploaded from presentation server you have to change the settings of your image as 256-bitmap image then use it in your form .

I hope this will solve problem your problem.
