Modify SDH0 for PO Position text

Hello,

Our customer have a display variant of transaction ME22N for some users that only are let to modify some fiels of a created PO. Now, we have a new requirement, that the user will be forbidden to modify the position text in the PO. How we can customize this via transaction SHD0 or another way of doing??
