excepational excise

hi

can anybody explain me waht is exceptional excise rate

when i put it in the j1id in xxx inr per 1 kg

it shows me amount of xxx*quantity

is it right or it should pick 14 % on the diffrence amount betwn excep rate and actual rate

Hi,

Exceptional Excise rate is maintained specifically for material, vendor and chapter Id combination.

Here you can maintain per unit rate for basic excise duty and also 14% as per requirement.

So for this material, vendor and chapter Id combination, it always picks up this exceptional excise rate.
