Displaying Text on the Grand total in ALV Grid

Hi,

I'm trying to display my data on an ALV Grid format. At the end of display, the summation or total of KONV-KWERT is displayed. How can I add the text 'Total Premium' beside the total of KONV-KWERT? The field KONV-KWERT is on the last column. Does anyone know on how to do this? Your help is highly much appreciated.
