Problem in SKU

Hi,

I have one issue. For my material M1, base unit of measure (SKU) is Meters.

My ordering unit is KG. I have maintained the ratio in mateial master as 1KG=12M.

I create a PO for material M1 for 1KG.

Vendor sends material to me. At the time of GR, I found that I have received 1KG material but it's length is 11.8meters & not 12meters.

How to map this?? I don't want to change my master everytime.

Please provide me a solution.

You can use Batch specific UOM.
