Dates are not copying from Network to WBS & Project

If I am try to Schedule the project my dates are not copied from Activity > Network>WBS>Project definition . I have assigned Activity relation to FS . If I try to schedule only at network level the actvity Start & Finish dates are copied to nework . But if I tried to Schedule at Project level no any dates are getting changed .

I read lots to thread but no suitable thread found for my issue

My issue is very basic , I had tested by putting 4 -Strict Bottom Up in OPSA also . But dates are not getting copied from network to WBS if I run Scheduling at Project Or WBS level (attached screen shot ). Please suggest.

Change OPSA to 4 Strict Bottom Up (without dates of higher level WBS).

On the WBS Scheduling Parameters max out the "Start in past" is recommended with backwards scheduling otherwise you get results that can be hard to explain.
