Web Intelligence values in charts are too blur

Hello Experts,

I'm working right now in a migration of BO XI 3.1 R2 to SAP BO 4.1.

As this is a new deployment I applied the latest patch and FP which was released at the time of the planning.
So we are right now with SAP BO 4.1 SP10 FP2 (I already checked that FP4 was released).

The new deployment is already in production.

But I come to a problem: after converting the Desk Intelligence reports into Web Intelligence, I noticed that the values displayed in charts are too blur.

I can see that the value is clear when saved to PDF from the Desktop Intelligence, but when viewing or exporting it to PDF from both rich client (two or three-tier-mode), the chart values are kind blur. As you can see below:

The chart report is really this blur. Even if the font is increased.

I have read the release notes, of both FP3 and FP4, but there is nothing mentioning such problem or resolution.

Are you having problem like this in your environment?
I know that Web Intelligence "server" converts the chart into an image, and the image is really blur.

My environment:

OS: Unix-like (fonts are installed by the platform)
BO Version: 4.1 SP10 FP2

Hi Marcos,

I am no expert in this, but want to drill down more to help better.

Are you facing this issue only with Deski converted reports?

Or its also with newly created or migrated WebI reports?

What if we replace the converted reports charts with recreated charts in WebI, does that help?
