Hello,

I am attempting to import a budget, however, there are 4 errors that are coming in that say: OBGT:account code "Invalid account code" I have checked the system codes in template and also the GL accounts in SAP and everything is correct and marked as relevant to budget. Has anyone run into this before?

Also, is there any way to manually enter these on the budget if we cannot resolve getting them in via DTW?

Hi Chris,

Have you checked if there is any space left in the account code column?

Thanks,

Jimmy

Hello,

There are no extra spaces in the account code either at the beginning or at the end. I am still not able to get the budget in. I have attached the Excel files if you would like to look these over.

Hi Chris,

I guess you were importing the OBGT file when you got the error message, right? You are not importing the BGT1 file yet. DTW is very sensitive based on my experience using it for imports - it may not be telling you where the actual issue is. Some thoughts based on your OBGT file attached:

- Is there any GL set to inactive or not in use?

- Is there a budget scenario with the code "14" in the system already?

- I would suggest you try to import the 1st record in your sandbox and see if that goes through.

Hope this helps,

Jimmy
