Services Confirmation_Product category field in Change mode..

Hi,

While doing services confirmation, i observed that "Product category" field is in "change" mode. Where as in case of , goods confirmation ,its not. Is there anyreason for that as its coming as standard functionality? How can i disable this product category field from change mode to display only mode.
