POPUP box requires muliple clicks to clear off

I have a problem with the popup box which requires multiple clicks before it disappear. I set this for just one time period but can not control this because it executes this for many rows. If I include this for a key figure, say if we have 5 products in the selection, it requires 5 clicks to clear the popup. Do we have any method to just to control this to appear only one time and to get this cleared at the first click?
