This part is handled in SAP using SAP-SRM (Supplier Relationship Management); SAP-R/3 has got the RFQ functionality only.

Thanks Pankaj Singh and Lakshman Iyer for your response .
I get what you want to tell me Pankaj Singh about using RFQ ..
But how can I take a copy of AN and rename as Tender ???

There is no "Tender" in SAP.
Also, why do you want to capture the tendering process in SAP? The value added is far less than the effort involved.
Hope this helps,
Lakshman

Hi,
There is not any standard option provided by SAP for Tenders but you can create a separate RFQ document type by taking a copy of AN and rename as Tender. And follow the RFQ/Quotation function to fulfill this requirement. You can use this work around concept.
