Layout variant in CO03

Hi

When analysing costs on production orders via CO03 ('Goto' and then 'Costs' -> 'Analysis'), I have created my own layout. Unfortunately it is only possible to save this layout as 'User-specific' (box with flag is gray) - other users can therefore not use the same layout.

Does anybody knows how to save a layout, which other users can also use?
