modelling/training in SAP Leonardo machine learning using Service Ticket Intelligence

I was trying out the SAP Ticket Intelligence service using the sandbox api provided by SAP.
While the recommendation and classification API are working fine, facing issues with training model

Hi Mana,

Service Ticket Intelligence is a part of machine learning, the two APIs for classification (https://sandbox.api.sap.com/ml/sti/classification) and Recommendation

(https://sandbox.api.sap.com/ml/sti/recommend) are given. I want to train this model for my own database. like In image classifier I can give image and get output, similarly I want this model to work accordingly, if I enquire something machine should answer as it has trained.
