While the recommendation and classification API are working fine, facing issues with training model

Hi Mana,

Service Ticket Intelligence is a part of machine learning, the two APIs for classification (https://sandbox.api.sap.com/ml/sti/classification) and Recommendation

(https://sandbox.api.sap.com/ml/sti/recommend) are given. I want to train this model for my own database. like In image classifier I can give image and get output, similarly I want this model to work accordingly, if I enquire something machine should answer as it has trained.

You would first need a valid license for Service Ticket Intelligence, following which the model training APIs can be found on help.sap.com here.
