Hi DMS Gurus,
We have a client who are right now using teamcenter software to only manage (mainly archive) there drawings and the drawings are stored in the Teamcenter central server.
now the client is implementing SAP with full fledged including SAP PLM Module.
the client expectation is to integrate the Teamcenter with SAP DMS
can any one throw some light how this can be done,
can the teamcenter server which stores the Drawings be also used as the DMS content server.
is there any way out to integrate teamcenter documents with DMS
to avail full funtionality of SAP DMS is it a prerequisite to store the Documents in the Content Server? then the documents which r now stored in teamcenter server should be also copied to Content server
or is there any way out to retrive Document from the teamcenter server without replicating the Documents again in to Content server.
or shall the client be advised to choose between either teamcenter or SAP DMS, as DMS provides more funtionality and fully integrated with SAP.
