Crystal Reports XI Activation Codes

We have a five user licence pack for Crystal Reports XI. We've stupidly lost the product activation code. I've phoned up numerous times to get the code reissued. I've filled in a form on the website as instructed but nothing ever came back.

I've phoned again. Today I was told that the only way I could find out what the product activation code was that we were assigned was to post a message on this forum!

Can somebody tell me who/where I contact to get my activation code reissued? I have the release CDs in front of me... but there is no activation codes on the CD.

I KNOW we have a five user licence for the product.

Please help.

Please choose the country you work in.

There is also a form you can fill out to request help.

Please make sure that you have all of your purchase information ready:

eg purchase order number, where you purchased the product

No it does not. I have done that already. I try to post a message on here to explain what I've done and it tells me it is a forbidden reply. I do not understand why - I have not used rude words.

I see my last message was accepted. I will try again to say that this the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I have made eight different phone calls during the last week to try to resolve this.

I filled in web forms a week ago and had no reply.

People on the telephone tell me that they cannot help me - they say I can only post messages here. I have tried so many different numbers - each time people give me another one.

I have filled in other web forms, but was told after giving all my details that I could not submit the form because my email address was not registered.

Then - finally I try to explain myself on here, in perfectly reasonable language and the system tells me that I have used unacceptable phrases. I repeat - your company is treating me in the worst way possible.
