Outlook Integration with SAP

Hi there,

I am currently looking at various email management systems for an enterprise implementation and would like to enquire of all the ubiquitous Outlook Integration software packages out there, which of them are fully supported by SAP and which from your past experiences would you recommend based on reliability, integrity and accuracy.

The packages would need to support Outlook 2003. Ideally the integration into Outlook must enable the user to store and retrieve emails from DMS or any other SAP repository. SAP will not be intended to be used as a content repository for the storage of ALL emails, but emails will be filtered according to business value by the user, before it is decided to be stored in SAP. Users will generally access SAP using Enterprise Portal.

Hi Microsoft outlook 2003 can be very nocely integrated with SAP. Both the Thin Client(webmail) & the thick client can be integrated seamlessly
