Dear Experts,
Is there any tcode to know how offen a particular tcode is using or
can I get last access date for a particular tcode because I want to
know list of unused "Z" programs.

You can get which users have used used the tocde and at what time in st03n or st03.
There are many posts on this topic so please check one they will be very helpfull for u.
