RAS not restartable

Hi,

my RAS is down (BOE XI R2 SP4) and there is no way to restart it.

Any Idea?

Hello Melchior,

I recommend to restart your OS.

See the event log of the OS for entries from the RAS server.

The RAS server should start and try to connect to the CMS.

Usually there are 2 notes.

One when RAS is started, the other when it is connected.

Check the notes what happened afterwards.

If the RAS goes down there will be another message in the event logs.

This should give you an idea where to start investigating.

Die Höchstanzahl der Ereignisse pro Überwachungsprotokolldatei muss größer oder gleich "0" sein. Standardwert "500".
