How can i free up the space in VMWARE

Hi...I am using VMWARE for SAP ABAP , Recently my drive in which SAP is installed is running out of space...so inorder to avoid this how can i delete unwanted data and free up the space for further practice....Can anyone help me out to solve this problem.

Please cleanup old logs files from work folder. X:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\work
