Crystal Reports XI R2 installation - product key code not valid or expired

Am trying to install Crystal Reports XI R2 onto a Windows Server 2003 SP2 terminal server but the temporary keycode supplied with the product does not work.

I have registered the code and been sent an email with a non-expiring code but this does not work either.

Can somebody contact me ASAP as we have users unable to work until this software can be installed.
