change a exisiting PO script

Dear Experts,

I need to steps in order to change the system defined script like MEDRUCK to userdefined ,which i have got it. I need to your help in our to put the logo , company header and all other details and also be able to take the print.

i am working on ECC 6 version of SAP. Please help urgent.

Hi ,

First take the copy of the form MEDRUCK TO Z FROM then

for logo attachment

goto se78 and upload your company logo and

include that into your modified script.

then goto nace t-code configure your modified script.

Hi,

First of all you have to copy the std. script MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK.

Then after you can do your own modification as per your requirement.

Suppose,it already have logo window then you can replace the std.logo with your logo.

Please caution that before changing the copied script, go through the script and do what ever modification you want.

i have gone through the scripts i am unable to do the changes in there. please let me know in detail about the complete changes that i can do like logo , company name etc.... i am new to scripts in ECC 6 version of SAP.

FOR THE LOGO

Hi,

goto se78

click on GRAPHICS general graphics

you get bitmap images.

double click on it.

give the name there and select color bitmap image.

press f5(import)

in the field file name press f4

you can upload pictures from your pc.

**********to upload in your sap-script****

then go to se71.

go to page windows of your sap-script,

double click on the window you want to upload the picture

and press f9.

in the editor goto insert----->graphics.

then you select tab stores on document server

give the name of your image and select color or balckn white .

press enter

you get your image in your script.

first copy the standard script into some zscript.than you can start changes for logo and company code etc.

first you must look carefully to all windows so that you need only minorly changes to script.
