change a exisiting PO script

Dear Experts,

I need to steps in order to change the system defined script like MEDRUCK to userdefined ,which i have got it. I need to your help in our to put the logo , company header and all other details and also be able to take the print.

i am working on ECC 6 version of SAP. Please help urgent.
