assest accouting posting

I have created a freehold land main assest no: 100000-0 as land and posted the opening balance in that 171000 through lsmw.

And also creted sub assest 100000-1 land 2 and posted some documents f-02.

when i posted a transction through f-02 Rs. 25000/-in 100000-0 error message came like: "Max.amount of lower value asset exceed.document not saved"

this means either the asset class is incorrect or the coloum in ur dep. area for ur asset class u must have selected value check against the LVA.

this is an error due to wrongly selected the asset class as low value asset or in oayz the LVA colum has not ticked the proper option. make it to no maximum value check..

in the lva u have to define the amount stating that assets below the certain value say 5000 will can be depricaitoed fully in one year... but that has nothing to do with land. so pelase check the above 2 options...

Please check the Asset Class, whether it is low value assets?

Hi,

Also go to OAYZ. If the asset class is correct then select that asset class and click on dep. area on left hand side. Now double click on dep. area See the field for LVA Check. Change it to no maximum amount check.
