EP administration

Hello experts,

Currently i have 2 server for configuring ESS/MSS,one is EP 7 server which is java stack and the other is the backend server which is ECC 6(ABAP and JAVA stack).both are in SP13 level.

Can anyone tell me the location where XSS components and business packages must be installed and where exactly Jco connections should be maintained??????
