A year and you have not yet found the program RV14BTCI? see the documentation in SE38, it can also be used inside LSMW

Jurgen L,

Hi,

I don't Have that Program, RV14BTCI. It does not exist in my Version of SAP/R3 & for SE38...don't have access to it either all i have is below & i attached a file of my screen... T-Code: MEK1 to Create Gross Price w/ New Validity / Condition Type - PB00 - Gross Price but this one can upload one Gross Price at a time & i'm working w/ 50 to 100 products & it take a lot of time using this T-Code. I need a lot more faster way to do it all.

This seems to be very strange, are you at all in a ECC system?

this program is even explained in help.sap.com

https://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_06/helpdata/en/4b/3f4479a38a11d194e900a0c9306794/content.htm?no_cache=true

Based on your answers I can just assume that you are an enduser. Of course SE38 transaction is for developers , IT folks should be able to use the RV14BTCI program to help you uploading the data from an Excel spreadsheet into your SAP system. RV14BTCI is not a program which can be used by an enduser, there might even many consultants struggle in using it without spending some days of doing research and testing.

An alternative way might be the way via condition index, see this blog for more information: https://blogs.sap.com/2017/11/01/condition-index/

But even this needs to be customized by your IT before you can use it.

Hi Jurgen L,

I really appreciate your ideas & help to me, but the Blog was talking about VK12 w/c i already know of, you know the difference between VK11,12 & MEK1,2 is that VK11 is that you can upload Suggested Retail Prices(SRP) in Mutliple Sites & Mutliple Product Codes & Also you can do Site Location Wise. While MEK1 is for the Cost/Net Price Upload (My Company is in Retail Business & We are One of the Biggest in KSA w/ 29 Branches) in the other hand has Single/Mutliple Site Location but Only One Product Code at a Time. Our SAP MM & his Team from SAP India are having hard time giving me this update/needed...I've been waiting for ages.

I'm a End User, In-charge of the Article Master.

I'm not part of the IT Team so i don't have have access to use that program RV14BTCI, but i can ask them thou about it.

Condition creation and maintenance is not really different between SD and MM, the link to the blog was meant to give an idea about the condition index. Which is just another feature available in both modules, and so this blog is from the approach applicable for MEK1 too even it uses the SD transaction to explain how it is done.
