DIXI performance issues

Hi,

I have recently upgaded to DIXI 11.7.2.0, but have had major performance issues. I have been informed that it is mainly due to a flaw in teh software which is causing memory leaks. I have been advised to move onto 11.7.2.3 and to get this from customer support. However, I cannot find any service pack or hot fix available. Can anyone advise me on where to get this stable release?

If you have an account to ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) you can download the newest versions from https://businessobjects.subscribenet.com/

It is a bit of creative searching, but everything should be there. The license key(s) you have for 11.7.2.0 are valid for any 11.* version as far as I know.

Please keep in mind that there is already a 11.7.3.4 or even higher already available, although I trust that Customer Support knows which version they advise for you specific. Certain versions only fixes for certain functionality which you may or may not use at the moment.
