Trigger campaign email not sent

We have a trigger campaign created on a "checkout success". When such an interaction is received, email is not sent though SLG1 log says

"Action 1(SEND_EMAIL) of trigger 1(SHOP_CHECKOUT_SUCCES) of campaign 0000000242 scheduled."

Does it mean that issue should be investigated at an email service provider or is it hybris marketing issue?

    You got it right, please investigate the email service provider, why emails were not sent!

    Actually I just found out that email was not sent, because communication channel limit was reached. I found that by looking in to the interactions table for that campaign.

    Issue solved, though logging could deserve a better.
