Urgent - Customer Credit Balance are not getting reset even after payment

Dear All,

Customer Credit Balance are not getting reset even after payment received... Anyone can help us out to identified the root cause for the same, we are facing same problem again & again...

Is anyone has came across same type of problem in past..

    for this once you check in your Sales Document Type Credit Check is Activated or not

    Then what is Customer Credit limit and his risk category.in FD32

    the what is his Charecristics in OVA8

    for your combination

    Hi,

    I f you are getting so many times.Check in FD32 for customer & check the credit control settings in the document level (VOV8).
