PM Order Reservation date is setting up to basic start date

HI Experts,

In PM order, I've entered a component (with Item cat L) under component tab. I forced the order operation to start on a date (which is later to order basic start date) by choosing "Must start on".

E.g. basic start date 01.01.2018, scheduled start date (by must start on) 15.01.2018.

While saving the work order, system is creating the reservation (with Mvt type 261) for the date 01.01.2018 whereas it should be 15.01.2018 as material is required on scheduled date only. please let me know , if this is the standard behavior?

Is there any std configuration available to achieve the requirement (to trigger reservation date similar as scheduled date) or if not please suggest some enhancement.
