WARNING: Your changes will be lost when you restart the ICM

Hello all,

In the landscape I am working on ABAP HTTP port is 8001.

When we try to set this port number in smicm it gives a warning:

WARNING: Your changes will be lost when you restart the ICM

Is there any way to change this port permanently.
