Hi

Delivery contains 4 line items.I want to do PGI for 2 line items which ever required.

How to do it? Plz help me out.

Dear Arpitha

Two options are there

- In the initial screen of VL01N, you have the option to select line item number. Suppossing there are four line items in sale order and you want to do PGI only for the first two, then in VL01N initial screen, you input 10 and 20 in the fields From Item and To Item respectively.

- The other option is once you go into the delivery Item overview screen, select the two line items which you dont want to do PGI and click on the small box with red minus icon at the bottom screen. By doing so, those line items will be deleted and you can do PGI for the remaining items.

Dear All,

SORRY, as i mis-understood the question. I thought its Billing-relaed where Items have to be selected from Del. Doc (asssuming that Delivery has done for 4-items and out of those, 2-items need to be billed).

Go to create outbound delivery VL01N

Enter your shipping point, selection date and order number.

In From item: input line Item No

To item: input line item no

click enter

In case, you don't input anything in From & To item fields, system takes all items due for delivery

Hello Arpita

Select the material which you want to remove in delivery doc, then click on the button carrying "-" in left side bottom of the delv doc screen. Rest as usual.

Hi,

Block rest 2-items of your delivery in Sales Order by putting a Billing Block.

Now, if you bill your Delivery doc. System will process only those 2-items, out of 4-items in del, which are not blocked.
