    Hi,

    The Operation HRS=Y* is used to calculate the time duration between two dates.

    The dates between which the time duration is to be calculated is dependent on the variables after Y.

    In your example

    HRS=YSAY01

    S is for the start date of the employee i.e hiring date from Actions or from Date specifications

    A is for the date of birth date from Infotype 2

    Y is the unit, e.g years

    The last 2 digits is the date type from Date Specifications

    Hope this is helpful.

    Regards,

    Shreyasi
