Additional sample units in case of initial sample units rejected.

Dear Experts,

I am facing one requirement is, our client is inspecting the Packaging boxes with fixed sample size (sample units of 5) and requires to note down the each box result in SAP .In any case , if any defects found in the 05 qty, they will take another extra sample units of 5Ea.

Test case 1:I have tested the requirement with Single result - Scope not fixed.In this case system is allowing me to record another 5 unis result & ok for result recording.Coming to the Sage decision , system is showing 5Ea only in Saple size.

Test case 2:I have again tested one scenario with expert document in SDN as individual sample in sampling procedure - Single result .In this is case system is allowing to create another partial sample 2 for 5 sample units.I have recorded the results too for sample units in Partial sample2.

In two test cases ,the std system behaviour not changing the sample size in UD-Stock posting Tab.( I though with test case 2 system will combine sample units of partial sample 1 + partial sample 2 and gives total saple size of 10).

Please guide me to note total 10 units considered for sample size in case of extra sampling. (without sampling scheme possibilities)

I recommend that you check the concepts of Dependent Multiple Samples and Independent Multiple Samples.
