Alternatives to the default gauge.

My admin team will not approve implementing the custom gauge detailed in the following note:

Can anyone provide an alternative or any recommendations for improving the visibility/look of the VC gauge?

I currently use the default gauge adjacent to a red/yellow/green light image based on the gauge value.
