Unable to Execute BSP Application CRM_IC

Hi Friends

When i tried to Test / execute CRM_IC in CRM 4.0, I have the follwoing problem.

is not configured on this Web Application Server

Message no. SO2_TOOL099

Diagnosis

The protocol that you should use to test the page (HTTP or HTTPS) is not configured on this application server.

System response

The page cannot be tested.

Procedure

As a test, log on to a suitable Web Application Server or configure this application server to work with this protocol.

Please can you give me the step by step configuration to resolve the following issue.

Hi,

I solved the same problem by giving the correct IP in the hosts file for the system. I do not whether it will be appliacle in your case or not but I had the same problem and i just configured the FQDN for the system and mentioning the System in the Hosts file.

Hello Rama,

1.) Go to RUN>DRIVERS>ETC-->HOSTS file

2.) Open HOSTS file with notepad

3.) Make a tab separated entry of the server IP address and name.

4.) Save the HOSTS file

Try now.

It should work.
