Hi,

There might be a case, it was disabled by customization.

Do you have access to IW36

they do have access through IW36. but with one order it is possible, and with the other it is not. the system status of WO1 is Released and of WO2 CRTD.

Hi,

You can compare your roles with the user.

Also you can take a trace or ask your security consultant to check it

Nanden,

What is the system-status of these orders?

the system status of WO1 is Released and of WO2 CRTD. through IW36 it is possible for both orders to create a sub order. but the business user can only create a suborder from IW32 for the first order. I have more rights than the user, and I can create sub orders for both orders through IW32.

Hi, we found the problem. she was opening the workorders through IW38 instead of IW32 which was told first. from there it is not always possible to create a sub order.

Thank you.
