can any one tell me up to how many held documents can we held? and how many days can we held? is there any days limitation?

Hi,
There is no limitation as to how many documents can be held. But make sure that this held document will be attended soon because only the person/user ID who hold the document can retrieve them.

As many as you want and as for as long as you want. However, you will need to adjust them or mayve even delete them after version upgrades or patches.
