po out put

Hi gurus,

i am not getting the po out put in production client,

the setting were same like quality server, with out maintainig the condition records i am getting the print out, but in production after maintaining the condition records also i am not able to print the po,

what could be the reason.

matter urgent please help in resolving the issue,
