po out put

Hi gurus,

i am not getting the po out put in production client,

the setting were same like quality server, with out maintainig the condition records i am getting the print out, but in production after maintaining the condition records also i am not able to print the po,

what could be the reason.

matter urgent please help in resolving the issue,

Hi,

First of all whether its happening for all Po's or for any 1 PO in Production client?

If its for all PO's then check the condition records in MN04 as explained above for the key combination u r using.

If its for single PO then check whether Version mangement is active for the PO,close it,then check.

Hi,

Check in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Messages > Output Control > Message Types > Define Message Types for Purchase Order > Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order > Here maintain Output Type with operation "1" i.e. Create and SAVE.

Also check in MN04 - The proper combination of Condition Record is getting satisfied in PO (ME21N)

Then check in PO

Also activate once the Smartform OR SAPScript of PO
