POC(Percentage of Completion )-this means on a particular time , an activity , how much % has been completed.

this can be of two type-

    (1) Actual POC

    (2) Plan POC

In Plan POC ..we plan % of the activity -as a particular time ,

in Actual POC- on a particular time what % of the activt has been completed.

Ex ..If we are calculatting POC on the basis of Revenue-

then( Actual Revenue/Plan Revenue)*100% will be the Percentage of Completion (If we are calculting for a period)

    Like Plan Revenue is 3000

    and Actual Rev. 1200

    then (1200/3000)*100%

    40% will be the POC

    Rewards the points if useful

    Thanks & Regards
