HR Replication from non-R/3 system to SRM

Hi,

HR Replication from non-R/3 system to SRM.

Is it possible ? Does SAP/SRM support ? May I know the procedure.

Hello Pranav,

HR Replication is nothing but replicating the HR org structure from R/3 to SRM.

You can do this by developing a small interface program to create the Org structure in SRM.

You can download the HR structure from non SAP stytem into a flat file and FTP into SAP. And your Interface program will pick this file from specified location and create the organization strucutre in SRM.

You can schedule this as a Batch Job so that it will automatically update any changes to the org structure.
