Closing Sales Order through DTW

Former Member

I want to close Sales Order using DTW, because the are a lot of open sales orders and is to much work to do it manually. I would do a query to the SBO DB to get the fields into the template. What fields would be needed to do it???

You can raise a ticket to

SAP in service market

place before procedding

further with closing of

sales order.

Hope it will solve the

Hector,

DTW is primarily for importing data into SAP. It cannot be used for Cancelling / Closing documents.

Hi,

Since you want to use DTW, I understand that you know which SO to close.

If yes, you can use scripting... Or B1TCH (from the SDN). This will give you access to all (nearly) the DI-API and you can do what you want.

Hi Hector,

That is not possible by current DTW since once you manually close your open SO, there are some transactions based on your action should be triggered. It will be very very difficult to achieve that by just updating your SO table directly.

Thanks,
