Control Forms

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there's any way to create interactive control forms within Crystal, like you can do with Excel. I have been assigned to turn some simple PDF forms into Crystal reports so they can be refreshed / viewed from within our application. There are check boxes and text fields that will vary each time (one form I am working on now is an application), and my intentions are to [hopefully] eliminate the need for all handwriting.

I tried inserting a basic macro enabled Excel worksheet that had a YES and NO check box, but I could not check/uncheck the boxes like I am wanting.

Please let me know if this is doable.

Unfortunately this isn't possible in Crystal.

    Holly,

While CR won't let you do exactly what you want to do, You should be able to get pretty close, using parameters.
