Printer icon for shopping cart not available

Hello experts,

We transported some notes, and it seems that a side effect was that the printer icon (previously shown at the right end of the icon) just dissappeared in the "shopping cart status" section.

How can we reactivate this icon?

We are using SRM 5.0

Hello,

Have a look at your role in PFCG , you might not have access to print the shopping cart.

Please make sure that you add the below authorization for shopping carts:

Authorization Object - BBP_PD_SC
Activity (ACTVT) - 04

This will solve your problem.

Hi,

What will be the permission to search old cart beyond last 7 days.

Recently one of our environments has lost the search button and Extended Search Button.

All help is appreciated.
